Comment:-Appliance Services called today to repair our Rangemaster cooker, one of my children had managed to snap off one of the knobs for the hob. The engineer from appliance services, arrived promptly. He even had the part needed with him. He checked over the cooker and found the doors needed adjusting also. This was done at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!

Comment:-Having five children and a faulty washing machine is not much fun. We contacted appliance services via the booking page no their web site on Friday 15th July, we received a phone call within ten minutes to offer an appointment for Saturday 16th. The engineer attended and quickly found the problem. Within no time at all, I could hear it spinning again. We try our best as a family to be as environmentally conscious as possible as such it was a great relief to extend its lifespan.

Comment:-We had an emergency! We are due to go on holiday tomorrow, and our washing is stuck inside the washer. Contacted Miele and was quoted 8 working days. I saw the advert for Appliance Services online and contacted them. Luckily for me they had an engineer not far from me and agreed to squeeze me in as an extra call. Engineer arrived less than two hours after I telephoned. It turned out to be a disposable face mask among other items that were causing a blockage. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Job Spec:- Rangemster Professional 110 Door seals, hinge bushes, roller door catches and gas tap seals replaced. 3x new knobs posted out to customer.

Comment:-I made contact to have Rangemaster gas cooker serviced. We inherited this cooker with our new to us house. The engineer arrived within the time frame given and gave the cooker a thorough test inspection. He replaced various bits including the door seals the door catch and some other bits and bobs. Some of the chrome finish on a few of the knobs was cracked and damaged, the engineer arranged for the damaged knobs to be posted to us, the knobs arrived a few days later.
Great to find a local family buisness thats flexible, honest and reliable.
